Description
I was gunna make this version and then a more gory version to put up on ~arkatek, but this background is really turning out horrible.

Looks kinda nice as the small little preview that I'm looking at as I'm writing this...
But gehh.
I made the buildings too colorful, and the shading on the mountain is wacked and lazy.
And I think the shading in general is too soft. I tried to add some texture with another brush, but it's not enough.
I'll just take Shiloh and paste him on another background haha.
It was originally gunna be Paris and night, and him crouching on a rooftop as he is doing.
But I fail at cities *sigh*.
Better luck next time.
